Copper Nickel 70/30:

There is a composition of 70% copper and 30% nickel also with the addition of iron and manganese. The composition of these elements makes it more resistance to abrasion and corrosion. However, the slightly improved strength than 90/10 tends them for long-term engineering applications. Also, this grade works excellently worked in high-velocity water by offering good corrosion resistance.

Copper Nickel 90/10:

This alloy is designed as a cost-effective substitute for 70/30 copper-nickel composition. Moreover, these have the composition of 1% iron made to increase resistance to impingement corrosion, abrasion and reducing corrosion. This result, the turbulent flow of fluid easily flowed with high jet velocity. These have good strength at moderate and elevated temperatures. These can be formed with both hot and cold working process and also it has good weldability attribute.
